Indian Administrative Fellowship - Karnataka ‘23 cohort

The/Nudge Indian Administrative Fellowship (IAF) is accepting applications for the Karnataka ‘23 (KA/23) Cohort in partnership with the Government of Karnataka.

Indian Administrative Fellowship is an 18-month Impact Fellowship to accelerate the pace of technology adoption and innovation in public systems and foster conducive policy to scale livelihood interventions.

The Fellowship brings together the strengths and capabilities of highly motivated, visionary civil servants and executive talent to co-steer large-scale govt programs of strategic relevance.

Eligibility

• CXO/VP/GM at large-scale organizations with rich experience (minimum 15 years) in leading transformational initiatives anchored in technology
  
• High achiever in any sector, as evident in the career journey. Preferred sectors: consulting, technology, corporate leaders, entrepreneurs
  
• Willingness to relocate to Bangalore and travel at short notice as required during the Fellowship
  
• Fluency in regional language will be a distinct advantage.

The ideal Fellow profile is that of a C-suite executive, but exceptional mid-career high achievers are encouraged to apply.

The Fellows will work out of secretariat/departmental administrative offices based primarily in Bangalore.
