He was previously the Chief Revenue Officer of InMobi. Prior to InMobi, he worked in key positions at Google, Adobe, Samsung, and Infosys. He was also the Chairman of the board of a non-profit, EndPoverty. Atul was a part of the #40underForty list by The Economic Times in 2017. Atul holds a MBA from Indian School of Business and B-Tech from National Institute of Technology.

Sudha leads initiatives focused on attracting and developing top talent working on problems of poverty. She started her career in the technology sector and spent 16 years in various leadership roles spanning business operations, engineering, and organizational development. Her passion is in enabling organizations to ramp in scale and competence to achieve audacious goals. She was therefore attracted to the development sector and the immense opportunities it offers for organizations to innovate and grow their impact. Sudha is an engineer and MBA from IIM Lucknow.

Vivek has over 30 years of very diverse experience across the public and private sector. An engineer from IIT Roorkee and MBA from IIM Calcutta, Vivek has worked at CXO level at Shriram Group of Companies, Thermax and Mahindra Lifespaces, and most recently as Principal & Fund Manager of Tamil Nadu Shelter Fund, a Social Impact Fund with a triple bottom-line approach.

Anushka is a Philosophy graduate from Lady Shri Ram College for Women. Her need to create long lasting change pushed her to join the Teach for India fellowship, where she taught 120 girls in a government school in Delhi. Post the fellowship, she joined the TFI Bangalore training team where she led the city training ecosystem strategy design and implementation.

An Engineer by degree and a development sector professional by choice, Disha comes with a 5-year work experience in the Education space, spanning from teaching to building partnerships at community, school, and state government levels. A strong believer in the potential of people, she aspires to strengthen systems and build enabling environments that support the growth and development of individuals and teams.

Mohit has a decade strong experience in product management and strategic implementation across multi-billion dollar corporates to early-stage startups. He took up entrepreneurship with a deep dive in disabilities, where he designed an award-winning effective yet affordable assistive aid for visually challenged people. He is a Chartered Accountant and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Navneet Prakash is a development professional with 14 years of experience in Mentoring, Design, Facilitation and Program Management across diverse sectors (Micro-Finance, Youth Development, Social Entrepreneurship, Child-Rights,and Entrepreneurship Education). He has lived and worked across 5 states in India and speaks Hindi, English, and Kannada. Navneet is an alumnus of Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. He has also completed a Diploma in Counseling Skills from the Banjara Academy, Bengaluru.
ASSSOCIATE MANAGER
Vishesh has led teams and set up business operations for two profitable businesses in the electronics manufacturing and international trade domains.He has experience in leading zero to one initiatives that involve strategy, systems and process design and program management. He has worked with international clients such as Caterpillar, Capgemini, GE-Healthcare, Bosch and also government PSUs in India. He is an alumnus of the Teach For India fellowship, where he taught over 100 students in a span of two years and designed a low-cost maker-space called ‘Design and Tinker Lab’ to enable STEM learning outcomes through project based learning. Vishesh is a graduate of International Accounting and Finance from St.Joseph’s College of Commerce, Bangalore.

Jayesh has 20+ years of experience in equity research, investment banking research, and management consulting. With a PGDBA in Finance, he started his career as an analyst in the Equity Research Department of a Mumbai Stock-broker. He then went on to work at McKinsey Knowledge Center and JP Morgan Services India, serving global clients in the Telecom and Diversified Industrials space. After several years in the corporate sector, he shifted his focus to the development space and took on leadership roles in Chief Minister's Good Governance Associates (CMGGA) program and Child Rights Fellowship (CRF) in Delhi. Jayesh's experience of serving global clients in finance and consulting has given him invaluable insights into creating sustainable value for organizations of different sizes, from start-ups to conglomerates. His quest for knowledge and ability to thrive in situations where all the answers are not known make him a valuable addition to any team.

Saurabh has over 9 years of professional experience in the social development space. Prior to joining IAF, Saurabh worked as a Senior Researcher with Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA)- a govt. think tank on matters related to CSR & Monitoring Learning and Evaluation (M&E) for Maharatna Companies & large PSUs. Saurabh holds a Master’s in Public Policy and in Sustainable Development Practice and has extensive experience working with a non-profit in the field of sustainable development, policy advocacy and thematic research. During this time, he has worked in research and project management on a variety of social development issues ranging from water security, food security and social justice. At the Nudge , he supports IAF Fellows in their inspirational work in Punjab. The diverse set of project ideas, an emphasis on co-creating and immense potential for impact is what excites him to contribute towards poverty free India through IAF.

Swapnil is a development sector professional with 6+ years of experience & exposure to working with diverse communities, governments & corporates in 12+ states. An engineer (GCET) by trade having formal certifications in general management (IIMB) and evaluation of public policies(Blavatnik School of Government), defined as ambitious, persistent & resilient by nature. He holds significant experience in building M&E systems, managing teams, building innovative business models, teaching & mentoring.
