The engagement focuses on developing a framework for strengthening digitization of Agriculture and formulating Innovative solutions for groundwater conversation in the state.
Shri Rahul Tiwari, a 1996 batch IAS officer of the Punjab cadre, is currently serving as Secretary, Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare in the Government of Punjab.
Prior to this, he served as Secretary, Science, Technology & Environment Department, Special Principal Secretary to Chief Minister and Secretary, Employment Generation & Training Department amongst others.
He played a pivotal role in strengthening the implementation of key programs in his stint as Deputy Commissioner of Ludhiana and Bathinda districts.
