The inaugural cohort of the Indian Administrative Fellowship; KA21 brings top talent from the private sector and motivated principal secretaries across 11 departments in the Government of Karnataka together to build pathways for sustained impact at scale. Over the duration of the 18 months, the fellow designates will work on enabling systems change by unlocking innovation & strategic implementation to deliver disproportionate positive impact, across departments ranging from administrative reforms to e-governance.
